Author Allie Carlson was born and raised in Norfolk County, a quiet farming community in Ontario, Canada. A classically trained singer with a background in Applied Music, she has always embraced creativity in many forms. Shifters: Jessica’s Story is her debut novel, inspired by a vivid dream that grew into the first book of a planned series. Beyond writing, Allie enjoys reading, gaming, and exploring nature with her husband, young son, and their pets—two curious cats and three quirky chickens. Whether on stage, outdoors, or on the page, she continues to pursue stories that inspire and endure.
